Welcome Message from the Head of Primary

At KIS, we always care about our beloved students’ character-building and progress, believing in motivating and inspiring both students and staff. Creating a positive school culture is our mission.

Our goal is always to make a difference. We believe that we have a great opportunity each day at KIS. Our ultimate job is to help every child find their own genius and talents. This is achievable through the collaborative efforts of parents, staff, and students, and it is through this cooperation that we make it happen.

Curriculum Overview

In KIS curriculum is typically designed for primary school (ages 5-11). Instead, the British National Curriculum is followed at primary schools, with Key Stage 1 (Years 1-2, ages 5-7) and Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6, ages 7-11) covering core subjects like English, Maths, and Science. IGCSEs are taken at the end of secondary school, typically around ages 14-16, as a preparation for further education

School Activities

Primary school activities can encompass a wide range of engaging learning experiences. These activities aim to stimulate curiosity, foster creativity, and develop essential skills in young learners. Some popular choices include scavenger hunts, art and craft projects, science experiments, and engaging games like book bingo or classmate bingo
